These general terms & conditions constitute a legally binding and enforceable contract between the Users of this portal and Gramin Shiksha Private Limited.
These terms along with any other offer specific terms as may be issued by Gramin Shiksha Private Limited from time to time, including individual contracts Gramin Shiksha Private Limited may have with you shall constitute the entire understanding between Gramin Shiksha Private Limited and you.

6. Return and Refund Policy For Students
- All Certification Fee Once Paid will not be refunded once enrolled by student in any course.
- Erroneous duplication of payment will be eligible for refund post appropriate submission of proofs of duplicate payments on yogaprcb@gmail.com and validation of the same by Gramin Shiksha Private Limited.
- All the refunds must be claimed within one month of the date of transaction.

7. Cancellation Policy For Students
- Student Once Enrolled in Certification can cancel their course at any time but no refund of payment is allowed in any case.

8. About Transaction Fee
• Transaction fee charges would not be refunded/ reversed under any circumstances for any refund/ reversal /chargeback and any other reasons.
• Transaction fees charged would be borne by the cardholder for any payment.
